Resolved question: public should be allowed to own vests?

If the Government allows the public to own guns, then they should be and are allowed to have bulletproof. The issue is that the public might own guns that kill?

Even the most innocent people who possess weapons, which have their hidden, etc., unfortunately too often children think they're toys and end up shooting themselves, or companions.

Guns are weapons that are killing the period. They should be out lawed. Not that having firearms out lawed are going to stop criminals from having access to guns, but it's a start.

People who own the pistols or shotguns, handguns should register with the police, or some other government agency. If the weapons are found to be a weapon that killed one person, even if the owner had nothing to do with it loses its abily them precisely from that point on. It's called LOGIC.
